In the last chapter, I tried hard for more babies from Snow before she becomes an elder and managed not one but TWO more boys (Facilier and Barley), Mim started investigating her magical heritage, the twins grew up into weird looking teenagers, and Cinderella reached adulthood and moved out with her high school boyfriend Louis Amato. Life rolls on in the White household.
Is there any better way to start a new chapter than with some mother-daughter bonding at a bar? Of course, neither Mim nor Snow are there just for the bonding.
Mim is there for some underage drinking and to meet cute girls.
Phone numbers are duly exchanged, because of course beautiful witchy Mim has game. This is Juanita, who Mim first met in the magical realm, though I'm not sure if she's a witch herself.
Snow is there to a) see her son - she happens to bump into Simba and they have a drink together and b) look for her next baby daddy. I'm moving fast on these now, as we're in the phase of the challenge where the matriarch must push out as many babies as possible in her last fertile days. It's very dignified and normal.
Snow decides this very obviously married man is an excellent candidate. Hey, she's preferred married men this whole time, why change things up now?
It's not like it hasn't worked for her, after all.
His name is Rigoberto Gallegos, and he's handsome and willing enough, which meets her only criteria (and let's be honest, handsome is optional).
Wait just one goshdarn minute. What is he doing? And is he...glowing?
Turns out Rigoberto is an alien! In disguise, obviously. I don't think Snow realises, but if she did she (I) wouldn't care. Potential alien baby! This is a feature, not a bug!
Apparently alien men also like those godawful trashy rings too. EA, please, I beg you, STOP.
Alien men do not appear to mind some hanky panky in the bushes with Snow either, so the deed is done. Snow walks away from the encounter satisfied, and probably promptly forgets his name and everything else about him.
Quick snap of the kids after school - Sally, Jack, and Mim (teens), and Remy (child).
And of course our latest arrival, Barley, now a very blue-haired toddler! I think he got Vihaan's eyes. Like all toddlers, he is very cute. And a wizard like his Dad, so the second magical child of the challenge!
He joins Facilier in toddlerhood, and that catches us up with all the children presently living in the home.
Mim, meanwhile, decides to have Juanita over to the house. She's dressed in a gorgeous bright pink jumpsuit when she comes around - isn't she perfect for Mim? She's quickly introduced to Jack.
Before her and Mim pop outside for some quality time together.
They're both teens and Juanita can't stay too late, but before she goes she and Mim have their first kiss <3
Snow, who I can confirm fell pregnant to Rigoberto after their hanky panky in the bushes, is back to caring for her kids now that a new bun is in the oven. Facilier, living up to his namesake, appears FURIOUS about it.
She is mother extraordinaire while pregnant (rather than baby daddy hunting, which takes a lot of time), making pancakes before school and giving a sullen-looking Jack advice.
Barley also gets some quality time.
And some all important lessons on speaking, which he seems to enjoy more than Facilier enjoyed story time.
She doesn't neglect her older children either. First, Florian pops around for a visit, and she's delighted to see him.
Florian: another one, huh?
Snow: yep. That's Barley.
Florian: blue hair?
Snow: don't ask. I don't understand it either.
Then, Snow takes Mim and Sally around to visit Cinderella and Louis at their new home. Apparently, the trip makes her nauseous, and someone smells bad.
Cinderella is excited to see she's expecting a new half-sibling. Sally just looks disappointed.
Sally: little bastard better not knock me out of contention for heiress.
Not a crown I'd be clamouring for if I were you, Sally.
Snow makes sure she pops inside to say hi to Louis, who looks, frankly, terrified she has gone to the effort.
Snow: don't worry cutie. I won't hit on you. I'm already pregnant and I wouldn't try and steal my daughter's husband.
Louis: oh my God.
Back home, Snow is surprised by the chance to lay some groundwork with someone more appropriate. Simon Silversweater, a mage from the magic school, has come by unprompted for a visit. Maybe he heard about Snow from Vihaan.
Inside, Mim meanwhile takes over parenting duties temporarily. It's Facilier's birthday! I can't remember if he achieved Happy Toddler or whatever, but he's the third boy of Snow's to roll cat-lover for a trait. Look, kids, stop trying to make a cat happen. It's not going to happen.
Facilier goes hardcore on the hair and clothes. Despite this, he's a cute enough kid.
Snow has no time to celebrate his birthday though. Back to the hospital she goes!
Sir. That is not an appropriate outfit for a doctor.
Random guy: doctor? Is that what I am today?
Snow doesn't have the energy to get upset about this obvious psychiatric patient trying to deliver her latest child. The machine probably does most of the work itself, right?
Children assemble to stare suspiciously at the latest infant.

Welcome, Charming! Named after Prince Charming of Cinderella fame.
Honestly, I can't remember why I named this child Charming. He's obviously not an alien like his Dad (sad face) so maybe I just picked Mr Generic Prince up there out of frustration. Charming is the prince from Cinderella, or also Shrek Happily Ever After if you want the slimy Gilderoy Lockhart version. Charming makes baby number 12!
Sally: well, looking more and more like you're stuck with me for heiress. Better find myself a boyfriend, no?
